The paper puts forward to a non-destructive high-accuracy detection technique of the plant water content by utilizing physiology of the plant itself to adjust and control the mechanism based on the physics method, and it can realize the intelligent irrigation system that has accuracy closed-loop control and can realize the real water-saving irrigation of the most high-efficient optimization, and develops a micro-displacement sensor with simple structure, high measure precision, well ability to resist environment interfere, and high depend ability. It is significant to abundant water-saving irrigation theory and technology and to form the new products of agriculture.

针对当前植物节水灌溉非闭环控制问题 ,运用系统分析理论与方法 ,依据植物茎和叶的几何尺寸参数与其水分之间存在直接、准确的对应关系 ,当测量精度达到微米量级时 ,就可以此类参数作为精确的反馈控制变量 ,提出利用植物本身的生理调控机制和基于物理方法的植物水分非破坏性高精度检测技术 ,实现精密高效的闭环微灌溉智能控制系统 ,可以实现真正意义上的最优化节水灌溉。研制结构简单、测量精度高、抗环境干扰能力强、可靠性高的微位移传感器 ,对丰富节水灌溉理论与技术、形成农业新产品具有重要意义。

This paper introduces the composition,working principles of a high accuracy detection system for hydraulic large steel structure.The system is used to monitor the displacement of stay ring in time during welding process of the closured weld joint for the large hydraulic steel-penstock,and monitors the contraction of welding and the axial displacement of steel pipe with vemire caliper and dial indicator.The results of measurement show the deformation meet the requirement of design and engineering.
