This article is a questionaire on the forms of address among some teachers and students. By analyzing teachers and students' choices of forms of address according to different subjects and the connotative meanings of the forms, we found out that social power and in timacy have great impact on the choice of face strategies. Based on some famous scholar’s theories about social, psychological and cultural property of language, namely the theory of Ron Scllon and Suzanne Wong, Scollon, Dancid, W. Carroll, Brown and Levinson, Goffman…ect, this paper analyzes the Chinese and English compliments from three aspects-the face strategies, culture value adoption and its fuzziness. It points out that Chinese culture takes modesty for virtues, extols the criterion of putting down oneself and overrating others; meanwhile the face strategy of independence is usually adopted in the Chinese compliments too. Westerners are inclined to be equal to everyone, so the face strategy of involvement is usually adopted in English compliments; the choice of complimenting target must conform to the social value standard, and the deviating from the standards will greatly influence the communication result of compliments; the differences of the grammar structure and the choice of words in Chinese and English compliments reflect the different main trends of culture and thinking models of the two nations; the fuzziness of compliments exists in both Chinese and English compliments.

建筑业传统物流无法使建筑生产获得最适合的物资,同时由于物流环节较多,致使成本较高。针对这些问题,本文提出在建筑业物流中采用“指值”方式,使施工和物资供应企业建立起面对面的战略合作伙伴关系,以实现双赢的目的。
