本实验用C_(57)BL/6j小鼠CFU-GM集落形成的方法观察了三种CSF和氢化可的松、锂盐及硒盐对CFU-GM的影响及其对IFN的CFU-GM抑制作用的阻断作用。结果表明,三种CSF能部分拮抗IFN的CFU-GM抑制效应;微量的硒酸钠,碳酸锂均可刺激CFU-GM增殖,并使IFN200IU抑制的CFU-GM产率提高200%以上;微量的氢化可的松也能部分阻断IFN的CFU-GM抑制。

In this study we wished to examine the effects of these drugs on arrhythmias of guinea pigs induced by Oubain. The results suggested that these drugs could increase the doses of Oubain to produce premature beat, ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest, we suggest, based on the present study that the toxicity of cardiac glycos-sides may be linked to the formation of free radicals. A number of stuydies should be done, in view of uncertainly about the detail of relationship of Oubain toxicity and free radical.

用Langendorff离体心脏灌流制备,研究氧自由基清除剂:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和亚硒酸钠(Se)对哇巴因所致心脏毒性的影响。研究结果表明SOD(160μ/ml)可延长硅巴因(10~(-6)mol/L)所致室颤发生的时间(P<0.01),但对室早和室速发生的时间无甚影响(均为P>0.05)。Se(2×10~(-5)mol/L)可延长室速(P<0.01)和室颤发生的时间(P<0.01),对室早的发生时间无甚影响(P>0.05);用Se(2×10~(-6)mol/L)对心律失常的发生无甚影响(P>0.05)。本结果提示SOD和Se对离体心脏由哇巴因所诱发的心律失常有不同程度的对抗作用,推测自由基可能参与哇巴因致离体心脏的中毒过程。
