Objective To explore the histological characteristics of the allogeneic bone nail substituted by host bone and the difference between the bone nail and the absorbable polylactide implant (PLI)in rabbit tibia. Methods The allogeneic bone nail was processed with deep freezing, freeze drying and irradiation sterilization. A hole was drilled on the proximal tibia of the rabbit with electric drill and the bone nail or PLI was inserted. The animals were killed at 2,4,12,16 and 24 weeks after operation and received X ray, macroscopic and scanning electron microscopic examinations. Results There was nearly no change in the shape and the construction of the rabbit allogeneic bone nail 2 weeks after surgery. At the same time, the bone nail was surrounded by callus from the host bone nearby. At 4 weeks, there were absorbed cavities around the edge of the bone nail and new bone formed on the wall of the cavity. Twenty four weeks after surgery, all implanteddead bone was substituted by new host bone. PLI was surrounded by fibrous tissue without new bone formation during examination. Conclusions Allogeneic bone nail treated with freeze drying and irradiation is an excellent material for internal fixation of cancellous fracture.

目的 观察兔同种骨钉植入骨内后的组织学变化 ,为同种骨钉在内固定中的应用提供组织学依据并与聚酯棒作初步的比较。 方法 实验动物选用成年新西兰兔 2 6只 ,其中 2只作为供体 ,取供体股骨中段皮质骨制成深冻 冻干辐照骨钉 ,受体兔胫骨上端钻孔后植入骨钉或聚酯棒 ,分别于术后 2 ,4,12 ,16和 2 4周处死动物 ,进行组织学观察。 结果 骨钉植入 4周可见骨钉周边基质出现吸收腔 ,腔壁表面覆有薄层新骨 ,中央结构无明显变化 ,随后骨钉逐渐被新骨爬行替代 ,至 2 4周已完全成为宿主骨 ;观察期内聚酯棒被纤维组织包裹 ,内部出现裂隙 ,无新骨长入。 结论 同种骨钉是较理想的松质骨骨折内固定材料

Methods Bone nail was made according to American Association of Tissue Bank from the suitable donators. 36 cases of hip acetabular and/or femoral head fracture (16 acetabulum fractures,12 femoral head fractures,8 hip acetabular and femoral head fractures) were fixed with the bone nail or the bone screw after reposition. Results The follow up period was 23.4 months on average....

Objective To investigate the effect of allogeneic bone nail on fracture dislocations of hip joint. Methods Bone nail was made according to American Association of Tissue Bank from the suitable donators. 36 cases of hip acetabular and/or femoral head fracture (16 acetabulum fractures,12 femoral head fractures,8 hip acetabular and femoral head fractures) were fixed with the bone nail or the bone screw after reposition. Results The follow up period was 23.4 months on average. Bone nails were broken and fracture was displaced in one patient. All the rest patients had no displacement before the healing of fracture. The rate of excellent and good was 83.8% according to the standard efficacy of American Association of Orthopaedics. Conclusion Allogeneic bone nail is biologically compatible,which can be completely absorbed and ossified,and need not to be pulled out in second operation. It is an ideal internal fixation material for treating fracture dislocations of the hip joint.

目的探讨同种异体骨钉治疗髋关节骨折脱位的疗效。方法筛选符合检验标准的捐献个体 ,按美国组织库标准制备骨钉 ,治疗髋臼和 (或 )股骨头骨折 3 6例 (髋臼 16例 ,股骨头 12例 ,髋臼 +股骨头 8例 ) ,将骨折复位后以骨钉或骨螺钉固定。结果平均随访 2 3 .4个月 ,除 1例股骨头骨折断钉骨折轻度移位外 ,其余病例在骨折愈合前无移位 ,按美国骨科学会标准疗效评价 ,优良率 83 .3 %。结论同种异体骨钉具有良好的生物相容性 ,能完全吸收骨化 ,不需二次手术取出 ,是髋关节骨折脱位理想的生物型固定材料

Objective To discuss the treatment method of tibiofibular fracture. Methods Twenty-six cases with the treatment for tibiofibularby allogeneic bone nail and external fixator.The follow-up time was 12-24 mouths with average of 18 mouths . Results Twenty-six cases got bone healing except for two cases with breakage of allogeneic bone nail and one case is observation of allogeneic bone nail.88.4%of patients achieved good and excellent results.Conclusion The treatment for tibiofibular fracture by allogeneic bone nail and external fixator.which is a reasonable and effective operation in recovering the functions. The treatment have the advantage of exteral fixator and internal fixator.

目的探讨胫腓骨粉碎骨折的治疗方法。方法对26例胫腓骨粉碎骨折采用同种异体骨钉加外固定器治疗,随访12-24个月,平均18个月。结果26例中,2例骨钉断裂,1例有骨钉过度吸收,其余23例骨折愈合良好,愈合良好率达88.4%。结论同种异体骨钉加外固定器治疗胫腓骨粉碎骨折兼具内、外固定之优点,是治疗胫腓骨粉碎骨折行之有效的方法。
