本文首先对嵌岩灌注桩的承载机理进行了简要分析,嵌岩灌注桩的单桩承载力由桩周土层段侧摩阻力、嵌岩段侧摩阻力和端阻力三部分组成;桩基设计应以桩身混凝土强度、地基对桩所能提供的承载力及桩体总沉降量作为三个控制标准进行设计;对具有软弱下卧层时的桩基设计方法进行了介绍;然后对嵌岩(人工挖孔)桩的三种事故类型(桩身强度不足、桩基的承载力不足及桩的沉降量过大)进行了讨论,并给出具体的处理工程实例,供同行参考。

The self-balanced testing method associated with stress gauges buried in shafts was applied to study the bearing behavior of 5 super long-large diameter piles for the 1-stage test project of Sutong bridge. The effects of grouting are (1) to eliminate the influence of technological defects,and recover the bearing capacities of strata,and (2) to improve the bearing capacities of piles. According to test results,the calculation values of ultimate bearing capacity of pile without sedimentation is increased for 34%~74%,and that of pile base is increased for 2%~153%. Compared with test results before grouting,the ultimate bearing capacity of pile is increased for 56%~100% after grouting,the total frictional resistance is increased for 12.39%~52.87% and the total base bearing capacity is increased for 4.91~25.67 times. After grouting,the ratio of base bearing capacity is increased from 1.88%~11.68% to 22.14%~34.67%,so that the bearing behavior of pile is improved greatly.

苏通大桥一期试桩采用自平衡静载荷法,结合桩身埋设钢筋计对5根超长大直径试桩进行了试验研究。压浆对桩承载特性的作用有两方面:一是消除工艺因素的影响,恢复土层原有的承载能力;二是提高桩的承载力。压浆对无沉渣情况下承载力计算值的提高幅度为34%~74%,其中端阻力的提高幅度为2%~153%。根据实际测试结果,压浆后桩极限承载力测试值提高幅度为56%~100%,其中总侧阻提高12.39%~52.87%,总端阻提高4.91~25.67倍。桩端阻力所占比例由1.88%~11.68%提高到22.14%~34.67%,桩的承载型态亦发生改变,由摩擦型桩转变为端承摩擦桩。

The effects of grouting were as follows: to eliminate the influence of technological defects; to recover the bearing capacities of strata; and to improve the bearing capacities of piles. To improve the bearing capacity of piles under Sutong Yangtze River Bridge, different post grouting techniques were adopted to large diameter and super-long piles. Self-balanced testing was used to determine bearing capacity and to verify grouting effect. Based on the test results, bearing capacity, settlement and bearing characteristic before and after grouting were analyzed. The research results were applied in the design of piles of Sutong Yangtze River Bridge to solve the difficulty and to achieve the remarkable economic benefit.

桩端后压浆对桩承载特性的作用:①消除工艺因素的影响,恢复土层原有的承载能力;②提高桩的承载力。为提高苏通大桥桩基础的承载力,将不同后压浆工艺应用于苏通大桥大直径超长桩中。采用自平衡试桩法对压浆效果进行了静载荷试验。基于试桩的测试结果,对桩压浆前后的承载力、位移变化情况以及承载特性作了分析。该研究成果直接应用于苏通大桥主桥桩基础设计中,取得了显著的经济效益。
