This paper introduces mainly the working principle and design features of the CNT type marine automatic fuel viscosity control unit. This unit is composed of viscosimeter, differential pressure transmitter, viscosity controller, indicator, actuator and auxiliary apparatus. Compressed air at 1.4kg/cm~2 is used as working medium of the unit with an output signal pressure of 0.2~1.0kg/cm~2. The viscosimeter is of capillary type。By tapping the fuel oil through a capillary tube, the viscosity of the fuel oil can be determined by measuring the pressure difference across tube. The differential pressure transmitter is of torgue balancetype. It is simple in construction and has no hermetically sealed components, particularly fitted for marine application. The viscosity controller is also of torgue balance type. In addition, owing to the introduction of P.I. control(proportional integral control), the static deviation can be eliminated to improve the accuracy of control. Finally, the paper gives a description of the actual effect on marine application.

Therefore, the mathematical model provides a theoretic reference for the bra-king system design, especially the braking force adjuster.

本文阐明了车轮抱死顺序,对汽车曲线制动稳定性具有决定性的影响。在分析汽车常见转弯制动工况的基础上,建立了曲线制动工况的轴间动态制动力分配(C曲线)数学模型,借以确定β线的合理变化范围。以EQ—140汽车为例,用计算机进行解模,其结果经分析,与实际装感载射线阀试验的车轮抱死顺序相吻合。因此,为制动系统,特别是为制动力调节装置的设计与选用,提供了理论依据。

In this paper, a new adjustable testing valve of rate of gas flow is introduced. Its structure principles, characteristics of adjusting, contrast experimental results and application in automatic performance testing of ventilators are also provided. The experimental results show that the new valve functions to well in testing the rate of gas flow that it can be applied to the performance testing of ventilators.

本文介绍一种新型气体流量调节门——旋转扇形流量调节门的结构原理,调节特性,对比试验结果及其在通风机性能自动测试中的应用。试验结果表明,该调节门是一种较为理想的流量调节装置,完全适用于通风机性能测试。
