The experience of previous research on thermal power plants shows that most engine troubles take place during the startup. After power plant is ignited, it takes a period of time for the fuel to flow from the fuel tank to the combustion chamber. That means the fuel filling process is needed for the energy supply system which obtains the fuel by both squeezing and drawing. The fuel filling process determines the safety of the power plant and it directly affects the start acceleration process of the power plant....

Therefore the study of fuel filling is very important to simulating the starting process of the thermal power propulsion system. In accordance with the basic principles of hydraulics & fundamentals of engineering thermodynamics, this paper studies the working process of the energy supply system, establishes the corresponding mathematical model of the filling process and calculates the filling process under a condition of power experiment. The results of the investigation show that the calculated filling time is close to the experiment data, and the established mathematical model is reasonable. The model successfully simulates the working condition of physical system. It can be used in the simulation of the start acceleration process of the thermal power propulsion system.

首次依据液压流体力学和工程热力学的基本原理,对能供系统工作过程进行了深入地研究,建立了充填过程数学模型,并以某型热动力装置功率试验状态进行了计算。研究结果表明:计算所获充填时间与试验数据相近,所建立的数学模型是合理的,较好地反映了实际物理系统的工作状态。该模型可用于动力推进系统启动加速过程仿真研究。
