In this paper,the HAZ structure of the 3.25% silicon transformer steel jointwelded by MIG process as well as the correlation between the structure and the brittletendency of the HAZ metal has been studied.The structure of the HAZ can be dividedinto three types:(1)the intergranular cementite precipitates;(2) the precipitateswhich possess a characteristic distribution of Widmanst(?)tten morphology in the ferritegrain interior;(3)the acicular constituent,a M-A type structure after complex(α→γ→α) transformation during the continuous cooling down from welding tmpera-ture.The acicular constituent is not so sensitive to brittle fracture under strain ascompared with the strengthened ferrite grain base,although some martensite might bepresent.In fact,no microcracking nucleates in it or propagatse along it under thebending strain,but intergranular cracking can be first nucleated somewhere at the grainboundary and consequently induces a transgranular propagation of cleavage fracture inthe neighbouring grains.However,the nucleated intergranular cracking has only alimited and localized effect on the macro-brittle fracturing of the coarse grain regionin HAZ,and for the overall effect,it is the strengthening of the ferrite which playsthe maior role.The overall effect is so pronounced that whenever the precipitate getsthe Widmanst(?)tten mode distribution inevitably the ductility of the HAZ metal drasticallyreduces,and then brittle fracturing takes place.The ductility can be recovered by900℃ post heat-treatment,forming a solid solution of the grain boundary precipitate.There will be then no more Widmanstt(?)tten mode distribution or acicular structurecomponent.

对变压器硅钢片熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG)焊接过热区组织进行了分析,结果表明,焊接接头热影响区的脆化主要表现在:1.局部晶界的脆化。在应力作用下,裂纹首先在局部晶界成核,形成裂纹源。2.晶粒的脆化。过热区内魏氏组织形态的析出相强化了铁素体,引起了脆化,使晶内塑性变形能力急剧降低。形态分析表明,沿晶破断具有低塑性开裂特征,由于晶界的脆化不是全局性的,总的说来晶界尚具有一定阻止裂纹发展的能力,此外由于同一晶粒内裂纹是多源发展的,因而晶内的强化仍然是导致宏观脆性断裂的主要因素。沿晶开裂的作用只是在一定条件下可以作为源,引发邻近晶粒的解理穿晶断裂。脆性断裂产生在HAZ 的粗晶区中,裂纹具有锯齿形特征。锯齿台阶彼此平行,晶内各微裂纹也相互平行。晶内按魏氏组织形态分布的沉淀相是在一个中等冷却速度下产生的。焊后900℃加热处理可使已经析出的晶界与晶内沉淀相以及有可能产生的M—A 型针状组织等消失,消除了由沉淀强化导致脆性的组织因素,大大改善了接头的塑性。过热的粗晶区中,尽管在微区可能产生孪晶型马氏体,然而由于其量甚微,且均被高韧性相奥氏体所包围,它对宏观脆性并未产生多大作用。

The heteropoly complexes K_(15)[(LnO)_3(PW_9O_(34))_2]·xH_2O(Ln=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu or Gd)have been prepared from the lacunary tungstate Na_8HPW_9O_(34) and characterizedby elemental analysis,vibrational and UV spectroscopies.The ~(31)p NMR determinationestablishes that the PW_9O_(34)~(9-) in the heteropolyanions [(LnO)_3(PW_9O_(34))_2]~(15-) has an A-type structure,and the polarographic data of the heteropolyanions reported here indicatesthat it is an A,a isomer

PW_9O_(34)~(■-)阴离子可与镧系元素离子反应生成[(LnO)_3(PW_9O_(34))_2]~(15)-型杂多阴离子(Ln=LaCe,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd).~(31)PNMR 测定表明,杂多阴离子中的 PW_9O_(34)~(■-)具有 A 型结构;极谱半波电位、还原电子数及红外光谱测试表明,杂多阴离子中的 PW_9O_(34)~(9-)是 A,α型异构体.杂多阴离子在水溶液中稳定的 pH 范围是5.3—8.1,其钾盐的热分解温度约480℃.

Potassium α- and β-trivanadononatungstogermanates were prepared and characterized by elementary analysis, IR, UV, 51V and 183 W NMR spectra, polarography, TG-DTA thermal analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that these new compounds have Keggin anion structures, in which three V atoms belong to three different M3O13 units and link to each other by sharing a oxygen atom. The α-isomer is A-type structure and has a little stronger oxidation ability than the β-isomer....

In comparison with GeW12, the thermal stabilities of substituted heteropoly compounds GeW9V3 decrease and their oxidation abilities increase greatly.

合成了α-和β-三钒九钨锗酸钾,并用元素分析、红外光谱和紫外光谱、~(51)V和~(183)W核磁共振、极谱和循环伏安、热分析及单晶衍射等方法进行了表征。结果表明,这些新化合物具有与GeW_(12)相似的结构;3个钒原子属于不同的M_3O_(13)单元且彼此共角相连。与钨锗酸盐相比,三钒取代的钨钒锗酸钾的热稳定性降低而氧化性增强。
