Determination of microamount copper by fluorescence quenching method has been investigated based on complex formation of Cu (Ⅱ) with meso-tetra (p-sulfophenyl) orphyrin.In the presence of CTMAB and Triton X-100 the sensitivity of the method proposed is 0.005μg/ml. When NaF is used as a masking agent, 1 mg of Fe (Ⅲ) does not interfere with the determination of Cu (Ⅱ). The contents of Cu in the powdered iron, iron oxide and standard steel samples are determined with satisfactory results.

The meth od has been applied to determine two kinds of standard steel sample with satisfactory results.

本文研究了钛、钒共存时不经分离用分光光度法测定钛和钒的方法。利用形成TiO~(2+)-5-Br-PADAP-H_2O_2和VO_2~+-5-Br-PADAP-H_2O_2三元混配络合物,使有色络合物的最大吸收波长之差由二元(TiO~(2+)(VO_2~+)-5-Br-PADAP)的3nm扩大到三元的55nm。同时利用先加过氧化氢钒三元混配络合物形成速度十分慢的性质,可以在pH4.0,λ_(540nm)处测钛,利用钛在稍大的硫酸浓度中不显色的性质,在0.24M硫酸溶液中于λ_(595nm)处测钒。用本文研究所得的方法对两种合金钢标样中的钛和钒的含量进行了测定,得到满意的结果。
