This paper presents a rule for select of porosity filling specifications using the alumina coatings,i nvestigates into the mechanism of porosity filling, and evaluates the effects of filling. The investigation shows: when the filling time is long enough, a smaller current density should be selected for electroplating and a lower voltage for brush-plating. If the cathode reactions develop fully within the porosities, the majority of penetrating porosities are filled up. If the cathode reactions remove to the surface of the coating and develop, a lot of metals are deposited on the surface with the penetrating porosities being not filled up. Filling the alumina coating with copper or nickel improves it's corrosion resistance in the NaCl 20% and NaOH 20% aqueous solutions. The heat impact resistance of that filling coating is improved, however, only for nickel filling.

针对氧化铝涂层的层状结构和多孔性特点,通过控制工作层与底层的粉末成分以及对喷涂层表面进行激光重熔等方法,实现封孔和改变原有涂层组织结构,提高涂层抗腐蚀性能.试验表明,在喷涂粉末中添加适量的稀土,或者对喷涂层表面进行激光重熔,不仅可以改变涂层的组织结构,减少或消除喷涂态氧化铝涂层中的疏松和气孔等缺陷,并且显著提高了涂层的抗腐蚀性能.

By means of laser surface remelting and adding rare-earth elements to the alumina coatings,the residual porosities were eliminated,cracks were reduced and so that not only the quality of the coating was improved,but the corrosion resistance of the coatings was improved significantly.

通过采用激光表面重熔和在氧化铝涂层中加入稀土的工艺方法,封闭了表层中残存的孔隙,减少了微裂纹,不仅提高了涂层的质量,而且使其耐蚀性得到明显提高。
