It is in line with the strategy of putting prevention first in medical work in China, and if is an effective measure to achieve the goal by WHO-"health for all by the year 2000".

In order to find out graduate quality of oriented-community medical education,atracking evaluation has been carried out. The investigation takes a kind of forms,such asquestionaire and special visiting. It is showed that generally,the graduates of oriented -community medical education have achieved the training goal and been more excellentthan the students trained by traditional medical education. Some concrete ideas are putforward for oriented-community medical education.

为了解社区医学教育毕业生的质量,作者开展了对社区医学教育毕业生质量的跟踪调查。调查采取问卷和专访等多种形式。调查结果显示,社区医学教育毕业生总体上已达到培养目标的要求,并在许多方面优于传统医学教育毕业生。本文还对进一步搞好社区医学教育提出了一些具体的建议。

目的强调转变观念在发展全科医疗和全科医学教育中的重要性。方法从师资培训、转变观念入手,组织师生参与社区卫生服务,向广大师生不断灌输全科医学思想,了解全科医学产生的历史背景和必然性,以及我国全科医疗发展的现状、趋势、有利条件和存在的困难等。结果广大师生对全科医学这一新型学科有了较全面的认识,对全科医疗的服务模式,全科医生的社区角色和全科医疗在我国的发展趋势以及社区群众对健康的需求等也有了较全面的了解。结论全科医生的培养目标、素质要求、培养途径以及教学手段和方法与医学专科教育明显不同,这就需要我们首先要有学科意识,改变传统的医学教育模式和知识结构,尤其要从根本上转变教育观念,这是发展全科医疗和全科医学教育的重要前提。
