Effect of vitamin C on genetic material damage by three herbicides in the peripheral blood erythrocytes of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus was studied. The results showed that vitamin C could evidently reduce the micronucleus frequencies,which indicated that vitamin C coule inhibit the gengtic toxicity of three herbicides. It is suggested that the vitamin C added into diets can protect fish cells from damage.

应用泥鳅外周血红细胞微核试验,研究了维生素C对3种除草剂诱发泥鳅遗传物质损伤的影响。结果表明,维生素C和除草剂共同作用时,均能显著降低除草剂诱发的外周血红细胞微核率,说明维生素C可以抑制除草剂对鱼类的遗传毒性作用。因此,在鱼饲料中添加适量的维生素C对鱼类具有保护作用。

目的 :比较研究绿茶对铝钾矾、环磷酰胺 (Cyclophosphamide,简称 CP)诱发遗传物质损伤的修复作用。方法 :小白鼠骨髓细胞试验微核方法和小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验方法。即以绿茶为阻断剂、以铝钾矾、环磷酰胺为诱变剂 ,测定小白鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞 (PCE)的微核率和染色体畸变率。结果 :含 10 %绿茶的饲料使铝钾矾诱发的嗜多染红细胞微核率从 8.17± 1.6 0‰降至 3.6 7± 0 .82‰ (P <0 .0 0 1) ,染色体畸变率从 14.0 0± 2 .5 3降至 8.17± 1.47 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;含 10 %绿茶的饲料使环磷酰胺诱发的 PCE微核率从 32 .5 0± 3.5 1‰降至 19.33± 2 .5 8‰ (P<0 .0 0 1) ,染色体畸变率从 2 6 .83± 3.82降至 19.17± 2 .93 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :表明绿茶对铝钾矾诱发微核、畸变的抑制率分别大于 CP诱发微核、畸变的抑制率 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,即铝钾矾诱发遗传物质损伤的抑制率大于环磷酰胺诱发遗传物质损伤的抑制率。
