A micro hydride generation system is presented. Sample and KBH_4 solutions are introduced into the reaction cup with micro pipettes sequentially, then hydride generated is guide into quartz cell for atomization. The cup must be wiped with cotton for each new measurement. Accurate results are obtained for analysis of steel samples using this system.

本文应用1-6已二醇作为LD分子中M亚基的专一抑制剂,采用双试剂法,由自动生化分析仪直接将一定浓度的1.6-己二醇溶液(第一试剂)与血清样品同时加入反应比鱼池(加人1.6已二醇的最终浓度为1.16mol/L),于30C保温5分钟后再加入第二试剂,用酶偶联比色法测定LD;。LD同工酶电泳图谱表明在上述条件下,LD2~LDs的活性全部被抑制。用本法同常规电泳法平行检测51例血清LD,结果相关良好.r=0.9885,Y=0.87X+189;平均回收率104.4%,线性范围至少可达到470U/L;批内CV(%)为3.83~4.08。
