Objective To observe the percutaneous coagulative effects of a new type of microwave electrode (ME) which cooled by water circulation inside it.Methods 30 fresh pork livers in vitro,were separately coagulated by the ME whith 60 W/3 min in water circulative and non-water circulative conditions,and with 45 W/1 min,60 W/3 min,90 W/9 min in water circulative condition. The liver of 3 living adult-crossbred pigs.were percutaneously coagulated with 60 W/5,15 min and 90 W/5,15 min respectively in water circulative condition.During the coagulating process,the temperature of the ME were measured,the sizes and shapes of coagulated areas under above two conditions measured and compared.Results Under water circulative condition the temperature of the ME remained at 27-28℃ during all the coagulation processes and the coagulated area sections appeared as elliptic shape:under non-water circulative condition,the temperature fluctuated from 48 to 60℃,and the sections presented as drop shape. There was no significant difference in terms of effective coagulated ranges between water circulative and non-water circulative conditions.Increasing the microwave efficiency and duration the coagulated area were expanded under the water circulative condition.Conclusions The water circulative-cooling ME can lower its own temperature effectively without affecting the coagulation results while emitting the microwave.

目的观察水循环冷却式微波天线经皮凝固肝组织的效果。方法新鲜离体猪肝30只,用60W/3min分别在水循环和无水循环状态进行微波凝固;用45W/1min、60W/3min、90W/9min在水循环状态进行微波凝固。成年杂种活猪3只,分别用60W/5、15min和90W/5、15min在水循环状态进行经皮肝脏微波凝固。测量微波天线在凝固时的杆温;测量、比较不同状态时微波凝固区的大小、形态。结果水循环组微波天线在工作时的杆温保持在27~28℃、凝固形态呈椭圆形;无水循环组为48~60℃,凝固形态呈“水滴”状。水循环组和无水循环组的有效凝固范围无明显差异(P>0.05);水循环组的凝固范围随微波功率/时间增加而增大。结论水循环冷却式微波天线在发射微波时可有效地降低自身的杆温,且不影响其凝固效果。

The application of water-circulative vacuum pump was increased greatly in recent years.However,some hitch occurred during the use of internal-produced water-circulative vacuum pump,which brought troubles to manufacture.With the high quality and standard,the Siemens water-circulative vacuum pump has received good reputation since it was put into market.It was effectively applied in the organic silicon cracking device of our factory in 1999 and 2003.In this article,this paper will in detail discuss how it is designed and applied in the organic silicon device.

近年来,水环真空泵的应用量大大增加,但国产水环泵在使用过程中,经常出现故障,给生产带来麻诸多不便。而德国西门子以其高品质、高性能的水环泵投放市场,效果令人满意,此泵1999年和2003年在我厂有机硅裂解装置上选型使用,效果很好。本文重点介绍其在有机硅装置上是如何选型设计和使用的。
