Chlamydospores and azygospores of endomycorrhizal fungi were isolated by wet sieving and decanting method from rhizospherical soils of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.). Tobacco seedlings at four-leaf stage were inoculated with single spores of certain fungal isolates and transfered into sand in black plastic tubes and then cultured in low level nutrient solution (10% Hoagland's). 8 out 14 isolates formed VAM on tobacco. New spores from the VAM roots were reinoculated singly on tobacco seedlings to certify...

It is suggested tha.t the single-spore inoculation and sand tube-water culture method seems to be more effective to VAM research and enrichment culture of its inoculum.

In comparison of the simulation results with experiment data, maximum relative error of the performance parameters is less than 10%. Influence of constructional parameters of the heat exchanger on the air-conditioning equipment performance is analysed quantitatively, based on the mathematical model. Ways of improving the performance of the air-conditioning equipment are presented and studied. Finally, the economic benefit of optimization of the air-conditioning equipment is predicted.

本文对套管式水冷空调机组进行了数学模拟研究。建立了套管式水冷冷凝器的数学模型,编制了冷凝器模块的计算程序,并使之与空气—空气热泵或空调器的计算程序中的有关模块相联结,得到了水冷空调机组稳态性能的计算程序。同时,将上海冷气机厂生产的SL~15型冷风机组的试验数据与模拟计算结果进行对比分析,各项性能指标基本吻合,其最大相对误差不超过10%。最后,对影响机组性能的结构参数进行定量分析,对机组进行了优化设计计算,从而指出改进机组性能的途径及可能获得的经济效益。

This article focuses on the calculation of electron tube water cooling anode dissipation capacity and the measures to increase the capacity. The special design of anode can make the transition possible from convective heat transfer state of cooling water to its high-efficiency boiling heat transfer state so that allowance power dissipation density of anode is greatly increased.

给出了电子管水冷阳极耗散能力的计算方法和提高水冷阳极耗散能力的措施。指出通过阳极的特殊设计可以把冷却水的对流换热状态过渡到高效率的沸腾换热状态,大大提高了阳极允许功率耗散密度。
