Knowledge employees,because of their own character,may cause low efficiency in their work.This article analyzes the function of encouraging mechanism in improving the working efficiency of the knowledge employees.The paper holds that,in order to make the knowledge employees work more efficiently,some corresponding measures should be taken.For instance,we should make good corporate culture,increase pressure properly,use overall salary strategy,and promote the dynamic encouraging measures,etc..
