目的 :观察狗牙髓直接封蟾毒和砷剂后其超微结构的改变。方法 :3只狗 36个牙暴露牙髓后直接覆盖蟾毒或砷剂 ,在 1、2、6、2 4h后处死狗。将狗牙髓制成厚约 0 .1μm超薄切片 ,于透射电镜 (JEM- 2 0 0 0 EX)下观察。结果 :封药 1h,蟾毒组变化较砷剂组明显 ;封药 2 h,蟾毒组神经损伤加重 ,而砷剂组毛细血管扩张明显 ;封药 6 h,砷剂组变化较蟾毒组明显 ;封药 2 4h,蟾毒组变化与砷剂组基本相似。结论 :蟾毒与砷剂两者对牙髓的毒性作用均包括血管毒、神经毒和原生质毒三种作用 ,其中 ,砷剂的血管毒性较强 ,而蟾毒的神经毒与原生质毒性较强。

Objective Adopt animal experimental methods to observe the analgesic effect of CATT. Methods Adopt dental pulp electro-stimulating method to determne the analgesic effect of CATT to rabbit acute toothache. Results CATT has obvious analgesic effect of rabbit dental pulp nerve pain induced by electro-stimulating method. After 5 min administrating CATT the analgesic effect emerges, reaches high level about 30~60 min, and remains high level over 120min. Then toothache has a tendency of reversion gradually....

Objective Adopt animal experimental methods to observe the analgesic effect of CATT. Methods Adopt dental pulp electro-stimulating method to determne the analgesic effect of CATT to rabbit acute toothache. Results CATT has obvious analgesic effect of rabbit dental pulp nerve pain induced by electro-stimulating method. After 5 min administrating CATT the analgesic effect emerges, reaches high level about 30~60 min, and remains high level over 120min. Then toothache has a tendency of reversion gradually. And, this effect has nothing to do with its excipient(75% alcohol). Conclusion CATT for local application is a effective analgesic drug to treat dental nerve pain.

目的 用动物实验方法观察复方细辛酊 (CATT)的镇痛作用。方法 采用牙髓电刺激法测定CATT对家兔急性牙痛的镇痛作用。结果 CATT对电刺激家兔牙髓神经致痛有明显的镇痛作用 ,且于用药后 5min即开始起效。约 30~ 6 0min达高峰 ,维持时间在 12 0min以上 ,随后有逐渐恢复趋势。而且 ,此作用与其赋形剂 75 %酒精无关。结论 CATT局部应用是一种治疗牙痛的有效药物
