目的 :探讨阴性症状与健康教育需求的关系 ,以寻求住院精神分裂症病人适合的健康教育的依据。方法 :采用阴性症状评定量表 (SANS)和自行设计健康教育调查问卷 ,对我院住院精神分裂症病人 2 3 6例进行评定、调查。结果 :86例病人有健康教育需求 ,12 7例病人无健康教育需求 ,2 3例病人无法进行交谈。两组在SANS总分及各因子上均存在高度显著性差异(P <0 .0 1) ,在年龄、病程、住院时间方面存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而在文化程度上无显著性差异。结论 :①阴性症状评定对实施健康教育具有一定的指导性 ;②年龄、病程、住院时间对是否需求健康教育有影响 ;③应对住院精神分裂症病人实施多角度的健康教育及多层次的管理
