In this process, there exist three difficult problems: (1) The demand supply channel is not opened up; (2) The reform of the employment system of normal college graduates has caused the great decrease in the quality of new students; and (3) The implementation of the teacher qualifications system has not only diversified the source of teachers, but also intensified the competition in the employment of normal college graduates keener. To solve these problems, efforts should be made to absorb other countries' successful experience and adopt effective measures for the establishment of a new and open system of teacher education.

三级平台课程建构模式充分体现了高职教育的特点,教育类专业作为高等职业教育的有机组成部分,完全可以吸纳这一课程建构模式从而完成对传统师范教育课程模式的扬弃。本文以英语教育专业为例,结合师范专业的人才培养目标对“语言双基+专业(师范)双基+文化及才艺拓展”这一课程建构模式进行解析,希望对同类专业的人才培养模式的建构起到一定的借鉴作用。
