At the end of bombardment, the ratio of major radio-impurity 124I to the product 123I is less than 1.4%. The process can be completed within 4 hours. The 123I is then used for the fast labeling of an adrenal imaging agent I-6β -Iodo-methyl-19-norcholest-5(10)-en-3α-ol and a heart imaging agent ω-bromoheptadecanoid acid with crown ether as solvents. Compared with other labeling methods used at present, this technique has advantages of speed, simplicity, and higher yield.

This paper reported the synthesis of [4'-3H]-1-methyl-4-pheny 1-1,2,3,6-tetrahydroa pyridine hydrochloride (3H-MPTP.HC1) from l-methyl-4-(4'-bromophenyl)-4-hydroxyl-piperidine through catalytic halogen-tritium replacement. The tritiated product was obtained with a specific radioactivity of 1.16 TBq/mmol and a radiochemical purity over 95%.

本文报道了神经毒素MPTP盐酸盐的氚标记物——~3H-MPTP盐酸盐的合成。首先通过1,4-二溴苯与N-甲基哌啶酮经格氏反应合成了1-甲基-4-(4′-溴代苯)-4-羟基哌啶,然后该前体经卤-氚交换和盐酸脱水反应制得[4′-~3H]-1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(~3H-MPTP)盐酸盐。其放射性比活度为1.16TBq/mmol,放化纯度>95%。
