The teaching and training methodology in basketball skill and tactics controlled by "conjugate effect" is a new method to organize and arrange teaching and training in line with the "new three theores" .Its basic poind is that the various contents in teaching and training syllabus are considered as a whole system. Basic program and applied program should be worked out according to the laws of unity and contradiction, of negation of negation, and of transferrenec. In teaching practice, these two programs should go syn-chronoly and intersect constantly, so the whole procedure of teaching and training can achieve the best effect.

篮球技战术共轭效应控制软学训练法,是把教学训练大纲中的众多内容视为一个完整的系统,其中的基本功、基本技战术等内容作为若干个子系统。根据教学训练的任务、目的,将这些子系统构成一个多路多向严密的立体网络系统结构。为了搞好变换与控制,运用对立统一规律、否定之否定规律、迁移规律等理论制定与网络系统结构一致的基础程序和应用程序,在教学训练中使这两个程序始终同步进行,两者之间不断产生交叉效应,使教学训练达到最佳效果。

The research methods of questionnaire, interviews to experts, observation etc. were used in the study. It holds that handball has gone through the five stages in our country, i.e. pioneering, developmental, post-stagnation recovery, peak and landslide stages; handball training idea evolved from simple imitation and learning in the fifties, to "training should be hard, strict and geared to the needs of actual combat and be carried out with intensive load" in the sixties, to application of scientific training...

It holds that handball has gone through the five stages in our country, i.e. pioneering, developmental, post-stagnation recovery, peak and landslide stages; handball training idea evolved from simple imitation and learning in the fifties, to "training should be hard, strict and geared to the needs of actual combat and be carried out with intensive load" in the sixties, to application of scientific training theory to practice in the seventies,and to systematization, standardization and uniqueness in the peak stage, which makes the handball players of our country possess the same big body and grasp the same basic technique and tactics as European players, as well as have the style of quickness, agility, changefulness and taking ourselves as the dominant.

采用问卷调查、专家访谈、观察等研究方法,认为我国手球运动经历了创业、发展、停滞后恢复、高峰、滑坡5个阶段;手球训练理念从50年代的简单模仿、学习,到60年代的"三从一大",70年代的科学训练理论应用于实践,一直到高峰阶段的系统、规范、独特,既拥有欧洲球队的高大队员、扎实的基本技战术,又具备亚洲球队快速、灵活、多变、以我为主的风格。
