This paper selected Wuqia area as the research region where is the seismically active region of strong earthquakes in Xinjiang region. Through time-space zone analysis, five different methods such as synthetic lack information quantity, synthetic information entropy, information entropy, capacity dimension and information dimension were used to trace and study the three strong earthquakes occurred in Wuqia area from 1980 to 1988. Results show that either from the viewpoint of entropy (uniform degree) or from the viewpoint of fractional dimension number (ordered degree), the entropy decreasing (dimension drop) process is clear before strong events. Studies show that such entropy decreasing (dimension drop) process is probubly a characteristic physical quantity of the focal body of strong-shocks which is in the critical rupture. Therefore, it can be regarded as a method for strong earthquake prediction and dynamic monitoring of major risk regions.

本文选取新疆境内强震的高发区——乌恰地区作为研究区域,分别采用合成缺信量、合成信息熵、信息熵、容量维和信息维等五种不同的方法,通过时间域和空间域分析对乌恰地区1980—1988年发生的三次强震进行了动态追踪的研究。结果表明,无论是从熵的观点(均匀程度),还是从分维数的观点(有序程度)出发,强震前的减熵(降维)过程是明显的,研究表明,这种强震前的减熵(降维)过程可能成为强震震源体处于临界破裂的一种特征物理量,因而可作为强震预测以及重点危险区动态监测的一种方法。

The signal inducing earthquake is defined. The relation between the signal inducing earthquakes and succeeding strong earthquakes is studied. The results show that the medium earthquake activity area that is triggered by strong earthquake and its border may be a dangerous region of future strong earthquake.The signal inducing earthquake within two days after the strong earthquake or its strong aftershock has forecast significance. There is a very fair possibility of strong earthquake with magnitude larger than that of the signal earthquake by 0.5~2 to occur in range of 200 km around the signal event within 3 years after the event.Finally a preliminary discussion on the mechanism of group strong earthquake activity is made.

用“震源触发 系统响应”孕震模式 ,分析讨论了新疆 1 996~ 1 998年成组强震活动前后地震活动图像的时空演化特征 ,由此定义了“诱发信号震” .进而分析研究了诱发信号震与后续主震的关系 .结果表明 ,强震发生后触发 (或引起 )的中等地震活动区及边缘很可能是未来强震发生的地点 ;强震或其强余震发生当天或稍后 1天内发生的信号震具有预报意义 .信号震发生后 ,其周围 2 0 0km范围内未来 3年发生强震的可能性较大 ,其震级可能比信号震的震级高 0 .5~ 2 .0 .最后对成组强震活动的机理进行了分析和讨论 .

By using several techniques of synthetic analysis, we studied the relation between the precursory anomaly and regional level of seismic activity in Xinjiang region. By using several techniques of synthetic analysis, we studied the relation between the precursory anomaly and regional level of seismic activity in Xinjiang region. Based on the research of single item measurement, we concluded the characteristics of the middle-short-term precursory anomaly, especially the short-term and the sign of phase e-volution, and then we analyzed 2 typical earthquake examples. So we consider that the short-term precursory anomaly of moderately strong earthquakes in Xinjiang region has a clear sign of phase, the techniques of synthetic analysis can offer the evidence for mid-long-term forecast, and the quasi-synchronous turning of many items is the main index of it. The concentrative appearance of many anomalies may be the phase sign of short-term a-nomaly, moreover, a widely sudden appearance of anomaly that has not background perhaps indicates the sign of the strong teleseism, and the anomaly intensity of deformation (AF value) can offer the information that where the earthquake will occur.

利用几种综合分析方法研究了前兆群体异常与新疆区域地震活动的关系;在单项观测手段研究的基础上,归纳了新疆中短期前兆异常、尤其是短期异常的特征及阶段性演化标志;剖析了2个典型震例。研究认为,新疆中强以上地震的前兆异常存在明显的阶段性,综合分析方法可为中短期预测的提供依据;多测项前兆异常的准同步转折是阶段性发展的主要指标;短期内多种异常的集中出现可能是进入短期阶段的标志;在无明显趋势性的背景异常时,大范围、多测项的前兆突变可能是强远震的异常特征;形变异常强度AF值可为判定地点提供依据。
