研究了二辊斜轧穿孔工艺因素对 GH131合金毛管质量及穿孔作用力的影响。指出轧辊转速是影响毛管质量的主要因素,轧辊转速低,管坯易出现孔腔,转速较高时毛管易出现分层。若将轧辊转速降到出现分层的临界转速以下,增大前进角,选择合理的加热温度和变形量,则可以完全消除 GH131合金的孔腔和分层缺陷。

This paper introduces the test process of superplasticity forming of the aluminium alloy taken with pretreatment. The result shows that the aluminium alloy has the superplastieity effect and can form complex shape workpiece directly under a certain temperature and deformation rate.
