The protection rate was l00%when challenged with viru-lent strain of MEV on davs 12, 60, 72 and 180 after inoculation, while the morbidityand mortality of control minks were 100%and 40%respectively。 This vaccine revealedgood safety, inmmunogenicity and genetic stability in laboratory test of 65 milks, In thefield test of 18 940 minks vaccinated by injection or oral administration in Liaoning,Hebei, Inner Monglia, no side-effects or clinical signs occurred cxcept the minks in twofarms in which the vaccine prepared with CRFK cells were used, which may be contami-nated hy virulent strain of MFV。

从自然发病死亡貂体内分离到1株水貂病毒性肠炎(MVE)强毒株──MEV4。将该株病毒在犊牛睾丸(CT)细胞和猫肾传代细胞(CRFK)上混合培养进行适应。当传至56代时,在CT细胞上出现细胞病变(CPE),而后单独在CT细胞上传至70代,经终点稀释克隆和鉴定获得一弱毒株。以其制备的CT细胞弱毒疫苗,给每只貂注射或口服1~5mL均未见任何不良反应。注苗后12、60、72、180d攻毒,保护率均为100%。给651只貂实验室接种,显示该疫苗具有良好的安全性、免疫原性和遗传稳定性。在辽宁、河北、内蒙等省(区)经注射或口服接种58940只貂,除2个貂场应用CRFK制备的弱毒疫苗出现临床反应外,其余均未见不良反应。出现反应的原因可能是CRFK污染强毒所致。

This paper descried a new immunization procedure for Hog Cholera .based on antibody level detected by PPA-ELISA. The vacouie ased in the study was Hog Cholera Cell vaccine. All sows were inoculated with the vaccine The piglets ,were first vaccinated at 20 days old , and second vaccination was performed at 60 days old. For breeding Swine ,it's necessary to inoculate one more time before every breeding.

根据PPA-ELISA测定的猪瘟弱毒抗体OD值来决定的规模化集约化养猪场的猪瘟免疫程序为:使用猪瘟弱毒犊牛睾丸细胞苗免疫的母猪,其仔猪在20日龄进行首免,60日龄或断乳后进行二免,育肥猪直至出栏,不再免疫。种猪于配种前进行第三次免疫,以后每半年于断奶后配种前进行一次加强免疫。每次免疫接种剂量均是2头剂猪瘟弱毒犊牛睾丸细胞苗。
