母鼠暴露于低剂量γ-射线(照射源60Co,剂量为0、0.25、0.5、1.0GY)及香烟烟雾水溶物(浓度为0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0支/只),可使子代小鼠发育(开眼、张耳、生毛、出牙)及反射行为(平面翻正、空中翻正、视觉定向、听觉惊愕)出现不同程度的延迟。并且低剂量γ-射线与香烟烟雾水溶物还有极显著的协同效应。

Objective\ To observe the effects on teeth growth in epileptic children treated with

目的观察长期苯妥英钠(DPH)治疗对癫痫儿童牙齿生长发育的影响。方法把188例长期单服DPH的患者按开始服的年龄分为乳牙组(A组),换牙组(B组)及恒牙组(C组)。比较三组牙齿的色泽、排列、形状、乳牙滞留、恒牙萌出异常以及与齿龈增生的关系。结果三组牙异常发生率分别为3721%、3333%及833%,A、B组明显高于C组;A组较B组严重,但两组间无统计学意义的差异。11例停药后随访3年以上,未见明显改善。结论换牙前接受DPH治疗,牙的生长发育将会受到影响,并对牙齿带来难以逆转的影响,因此对儿童选用DPH时应十分慎重。

Objective:To make clinical assessment on implantation and repair with bone for patient who suffered chilopalatognathus combined with alveolar process cleft.Methods:The iliac cancellous bone was implanted at the fistula formed by oral and nasal cavity for chilopalatognathus patients.Results:23 cases were underwent this operation in clinic within 3 years.14 cases among them were followed up more than half year and their alveolar process cleft had been repaired with the normal bone density on X-ray.Conclusion:This...

目的 :对唇腭裂中牙槽突裂患者应用牙槽突植骨术治疗后进行临床评价。方法 :利用髂骨松质骨移植于唇腭裂患者所形成的口鼻腔瘘之间。结果 :3年来临床应用该方法 ,治疗 2 3例牙槽突裂患者 ,其中 1 4例术后随诊 6个月以上 ,临床观察牙槽突裂已修复 ,X光显示骨密度同正常骨质。结论 :牙槽突植骨术是唇腭裂序列治疗的一个组成部分 ,为恢复上腭牙弓完整性。保证裂隙临近牙的萌出 ,提供稳固的上颌牙弓 ,增加鼻翼高度 ,改善鼻翼外形 ,均有重大的意义
