Three highly informative STR loci (CSFIPO, TPOX , THOI, CTT) were analyzed . The results show that PCR-base co-amplified STR analysis system- CTT multiplex system are useful in the paternity and individual identification due to its high efficacy, sensibility , reality, and standardized analysis of experimental result. Therefore the presented techniques are of great worth of being performing by the genetic identification laboratorise, and molecular medical diagnostic laboratories.

以PCR复合扩增短串联重复序列(STR)技术和高分辨率的聚丙烯酸胺凝胶电泳及银染技术对亲子鉴定和个体识别案例的CSF1PO、TPOX和TH01(即CTT)三个位点的基因型进行了分析判别。结果显示PCR复合扩增STR技术在亲子鉴定和个体识别中具有重要的应用价值,提高了扩增效率,是快速、灵敏、可靠、结果分析标准化的DNA分析技术,使得不同实验室的认定结果有了可比性。
