对建造在岩石地基上的锻锤基础,本文提出一个新的设计方法。利用岩石做为基础的一部份;用锚杆将现浇混凝土与岩石连接起来。实测和实践证明这种方法是合理的、可靠的,减少了钢筋混凝土用量,达到节省投资和加快建设的效果,施工中避免了大挖大填,为今后同类工程提供了一个先例。

In this paper,it-16t hammer foundations have been computed with three different calculation models and the computed results have been compared with those from the tests of the same hammer foundations built on loess clayey loam stratum. The results show that (1) the hammer foundations designed in accordance to two-degree-freedom model with damping agree rather closely with the actual measurements;(2) the coefficient of subgrade compression rigidity increases with the increase of the depth of soil stratum. The accurate calculations of both the coefficient of subgrade compression rigidity and the effective depth under hammer foundation are most significant for the design of a rational hammer foundation.Besides, an optimization method for calculating the optimum ratios of anvil mass to hammer foundation mass and pad rigidity to subgrade rigidity is presented based on the premises that the amplitudes of the hammer foundation and its anvil have both attained to their relevant allowable values.

作者通过三种计算模型,对1t至16t锻锤基础进行了计算,并与建造在黄土亚粘土层上的1t、2t、3t、5t、10t、16t模锻基础及其砧座的实测资料作了对比,证明:(1)锻锤基础设计中采用双自由度、有阻尼的计算模型,求得的结果与实测值比较符合;(2)准确地计算地基抗压刚度系数以及基础下的影响深度,对于正确确定锻锤基础的振频特性有着十分重要的意义。本文从锻锤基础和砧座均达到允许振幅为出发点,提出了砧座质量与基础质量、垫层刚度与地基刚度之间最佳比值的优化设计方法。按此法设计,在锻锤基础振幅相同的条件下可节约基础材料。
