But in the theory, when destruction occurrs the greatest pulling stress have influence on the overall shearing stress on destruction section. Further analysis indicates that the theoretical calculated result will be different from the test result if the influence is taken into consideration. If the theoretical analysis added with the influence is limited by the test result, the internal friction angle of cast iron material will be close to 30°. Compared with the original conclusion that φ changed whithin the limits of 10°~30°, this conclusion goes a step further.

端部摩擦力的存在使铸铁承压构件发生横向侧张变形。对构件破坏断面的显微观察表明 ,导致破坏的直接原因是断面上的总剪应力 ,而非引起侧张变形的最大拉应力。但从理论上讲 ,破坏时的最大拉应力应对断面上的总剪应力有所影响。进一步的分析表明 :如果计入这种影响 ,理论分析结论将与实验结果不符 ;如果以实验结果来框限计入这种影响后的理论分析 ,会得到铸铁材料的内摩擦角 φ接近 3 0°的结论。这较之原有 φ的取值范围应为 10°~ 3 0°的结论又前进了一步。
