The result has shown that at one atmosphere pressure and within the range of lower temperature(300°k to 600°k)the reaction ofconjugated dehydrogenation will take place most favorably, we consider 220℃—350℃ to be the more suitable range of temperature. 2.Under ordinary atmosphere, according to the thermodynamic relation of we have calculated the equilibrium yeild from the temperature of 300°K to 600°K and it is expected that the said yeild can be obtained at one hundred per cent. 3.The given data of heat effect have shown that in the system mentioned. above all the reactions that may take place are the exo thermal reactions, among which the heat offect of conjugated dchydrogenation is the greatest. This fact has further indicated that under the low temperature it is favorable for the said reaction to occur. In accordance with the thermodynamic analysis we made the results have clearly shown that Nitrobenzene is the more ideal acceptor of hydrogen.

During the formation of the secretory granules the volume of the nuclens expanded, the nucleolus changed in .shape and appeared as "nucleolar vesicles", 1-7in number. The deformed nucleolus approached the nuclear membrane and separated from the mitochondria by a thin membra-ne.The ends or sides of the giant chromosomes in the nuclei's were closely in contact with the nuclear membrane, and some of them appeared as "chromosomal vesicles" .Some "chromosomal vesicles"were observed protruding through-the nuclear membrane into the cytoplasm. This process may be of certain significance to the nuclear-cytoplasm relationship.It has been proved by the method of Feulgen nucleic acid reaction that the "nuclcolar vesicle" contained DNA. The probable function of the "nuc-laolar vesicle" was discussed.

本文描述果蝇幼虫唾腺细胞在分泌周期过程中液泡系和线粒体的演进规律及这两种细胞器共同组成一个典型的“液泡区”(即高尔基区)。论证了在此高尔基区内的液泡直接酿造形成酶原颗粒的整个过程。在此过程中,高尔基区的线粒体并不直接参加酶原颗粒的形成。在酶原颗粒形成过程中,唾腺细胞的细胞核的体积增大,核仁变形并移动,而且在核仁中出现“核仁小泡”,数目可由一到七个。变形虫状的核仁向核模逐渐移动,与线粒体及细胞质仅相隔一层极箔的核膜。双方可能通过核膜进行着某种“化学贸易”。核内巨大染色体与核膜紧密地接触,在其末端或侧面,靠近核膜处,有“染色体小泡”的出现与消失的现象,甚至还有些“染色体小泡”穿过核膜外移到靠近核膜的细胞质内的现象。这些现象在核质关系上具有一定的意义。 这些“核仁小泡”的DNA化学特性,应用孚尔根核酸反应得到了证实。并且讨论了这些核仁小泡的生理功能的可能性。

Some other factors that influence the combustion of this system are studied and a margin of temperature is recommended for the safe handling and operation of this system.

本文利用热分析、气相色谱、红外光谱多种技术,测定了九种国产纯沥青的热性质,比较了沥青辐照前后热性能的变化,揭示了沥青和硝酸钠在稍高于220℃就开始相互作用,发生氧化还原反应,提出了安全操作的工艺温度。此外,还试验了影响硝酸钠-沥青固化物燃烧的某些因素。
