The increase of coccoid cells, and the decrease of spirochetes and rods were indicated in the relative ratio (P<0.05). This study indicated that defensins could reduce the density of the subgingival flora and change their ratio towards the periodontal healthy flora level.

对18例中、重度成年型牙周病患者的40颗患牙,在牙周探诊5mm以上的牙周袋内放置防御素药线一根(含人中性粒细胞防御素8μg),4d后取出,实验为期11d。观察用药前后龈下微生物及临床指标的变化。结果表明,防御素在牙周袋内保持3d后,牙龈指数及出血指数明显改善(P<0.05),龈下菌斑的菌细胞密度降低;同时,球菌的相对比例升高,螺旋体和杆菌的相对比例降低(P<0.05),并能维持到实验结束。本实验结果提示防御素在牙周袋内应用,不仅能降低细菌的数量,还能使龈下菌群的组成向牙周健康部位的菌群组成转化。

Suspected periodontal pathogens, e.g. A. actinomycetemcomitans seratype b, T.denticola, F.nucleatum ss nucleatum, B.forsythus, P.nigrescens, W. succinogenes, C.rectus, P.micros, S.intermedius and P.gingivalis were significantly more frequantly found in RPP group than in H group. The mean counts of these pathogens were significantly more elevated in RPP group than in H group. Conclusion It is suggested that periodontal destruction occurrence requires the pathogens in sufficient number at the site, RPP may be resulted from several pathogens.

目的检测牙周健康者和快速进展性牙周炎(rapidlyprogressiveperiodontitis,RPP)患者的龈下细菌,旨在寻找RPP的主要致病菌。方法采用棋盘式DNADNA杂交技术,将5名牙周健康者和6例RPP患者的84个龈下菌斑DNA样本与37种龈下细菌的DNA探针杂交。结果埃氏腐蚀菌等6种细菌的检出率高于90%。牙周可疑致病菌,如伴放线放线杆菌血清b型、牙密螺旋体、具核梭杆菌具核梭亚种、佛赛类杆菌、变黑普菌、产琥珀酸沃廉菌、直弯曲菌、微小消化链球菌、中间链球菌和牙龈卟啉菌,在RPP组的检出率和细菌数均显著高于牙周健康组。结论牙周致病菌具备一定数量才能引起牙周组织的破坏,RPP是由多种致病菌所致

目的: 探讨龈沟液超氧化物歧化酶 ( S O D) 活性与牙周炎症的关系。方法: 采用邻苯三酚法检测慢性成人牙周炎患者龈沟液 S O D 活性。结果: 牙周炎症牙位龈沟液 S O D 活性显著低于健康牙位 ( P< 001), 且随牙周组织炎性破坏的加重有明显降低 ( P< 001), 在治疗后又明显回升 ( P< 005), 与牙龈指数、附着丧失、探针深度等牙周临床指标呈高度负相关 ( P< 001)。结论: 龈沟液 S O D 活性下降与牙周炎症的发生和发展有密切关系, 可作为牙周炎症的临床参考指标。
