IHC-64 reduced significantly the coatractibility induced by isoprenaline in potassium-depolarised guinea-pig papillary muscles, making the dose-effect curves of isoprenaline move in non-parallel. These results demonstrat preliminarily that IHC-64 may be a new calcium antagonist

The synthetic compounds are not reported by references. The structure of the products were proved by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis.

7 new phosphorous heterocycle compounds have been studied by XPS and MS.From XPS and MS data we have discussed the existence form and manner of the compounds isomer,and verified that the isomer only exists in gaseous state and liquid state.
