The reaction of propenyl monomer with epichlorohydrin can produce acrylic epoxypropane which is self-crosslinking reactive monomer, and then emulsion polymerize with acrylic monomer, and thus produce extra low formaldehyde adhesive. While conventional adhesive will cause free formaldehyde because of using another self-crosslinking reactive monomer methylol acrylamide. Based on trials, free formaldehyde content of new adhesive is only 8 mg/kg, as well as rubbing fastness of printed fabric can reach 3~4 grade.

本文介绍超低甲醛涂料印花粘合剂的制备及应用。将丙烯基单体和环氧氯丙烷反应,制成自交联反应性单体丙烯酸环氧丙烷,然后与丙烯酸酯类单体乳液聚合,制得超低甲醛涂料印花粘合剂。该粘合剂一改以往自交联反应单体采用羟甲基丙烯酰胺,使粘合剂游离甲醛超标的弊端。用于印花工艺中,游离甲醇含量仅为8mg/kg,摩擦牢度达3~4级。

The synthetic conditions for Extra-Low Formaldehyde Resin KS-S9 31 and the factors affecting the free formaldehyde amount in the resin were desc ribed. This product was used for the easy-care finishing of cotton, and the amou nt of formaldehyde released from the finished cotton fabrics was only 15×10-6. The fabrics had good hand-feeling and wrinkle recovery, and the influence on whi teness and strength were quite low.

叙述了超低甲醛树脂整理剂KT-1的合成工艺条件和影响树脂游离甲醛量的因素.该整理剂应用于棉织物抗皱整理,整理后的棉织物甲醛释放量仅15×10-6,且具有良好的手感和抗皱性,同时对织物的白度、强力影响较小.
