The surface manufacture condition changes including surface roughness,surface residual stress caused by rough grinding,refined grinding,vibration polishing,vibration peening and shot-peening and their effects on fatigue property in 30CrMnSiNi2A steel were investigated.
METHOD Water refinement, air current grinding, and refined grinding were adopted and the diameter of the granules was determined with a laser particle size analyzer.

OBJECTIVE To prepare realgar granules of different dimensions and determine their diameters. METHOD Water refinement, air current grinding, and refined grinding were adopted and the diameter of the granules was determined with a laser particle size analyzer.RESULT Four kinds of realgar granules of micron or nanometer dimension were obtained.CONCLUSION The new methods can be adopted to obtain realgar granules of micron or nanometer dimension.
