The specific electrical conductivity and Hall voltage of InSb - NiSb eutectic eomposites doping with and·without Te 6×1016/cm3, unidirectionally solidified under G = 125±5℃/cm with various rates(R) are measured.All the eutectic composites are n-conducting and have do nor-impurities brought from 5N In,5N or 6N Sb, and spectroscopically pure Ni. The specific electrical conductivity and Hall voltage of InSb - NiSb eutectic eomposites doping with and·without Te 6×1016/cm3, unidirectionally solidified under G = 125±5℃/cm with various rates(R) are measured.All the eutectic composites are n-conducting and have do nor-impurities brought from 5N In,5N or 6N Sb, and spectroscopically pure Ni. The conductivity is anisotropic,σII>σ⊥,Te-do-ped eutectic conductivity is greater than that of without Te-doping. As solidification rate R increases, conductivity σ, charge carriers concentration n and donor impurity concentration N of Te-doped eutectic do not increase distinctly, so its Hall mobility μII decreases slightly. But as R increases,σ, n,and N of eutectic without Te-doping increase more distinctly, and so its μH decreases more distinctly.μH of Te-doped eutectic is smaller than that of without Te-doping.

Hall angle θ of Te-doped eutectic is smaller, e.g. B= 10kG,θ = 74.6-72.5°(R= 0.046-0.548mm/min),and eutectic without Te. θ= 80.9-76°(R= 0.041-0.60 mm/min); and5, temperature coefficient of magnetoresistance of Te-doped eutectic is smaller, , and eutectic without Te.

炉子温度梯度G=125±5°C/cm,不同单向凝固速度(R)制备的掺Te 6×10~(16)/cm~3和不掺Te的InSb-NiSb共晶复合材料,测试它们在不同温度(T),不同磁感(B)的电阻值时,发现:1.在R—(R_B/R_0)关系上出现(R_B/R_0)最大值,这现象在国内外文献中未曾见过,它可由物理的和几何的磁阻效应来说明。2.在同样的T,B下,掺Te共晶的(R_B/R_0)值较小,例如室温,B=10kG时,掺Te共晶(R_B/R_0)=7~9,而不掺Te的(R_B/R_0)=12~16;而且温度越高(R_B/R_0)越低。3.掺Te共晶的B(RB-R0)曲线上开始出现线性关系的Bs值较高,在7~7.5kG,而未掺Te共晶的Bs≥4~5kG。4.掺Te共晶的霍耳角较小,B=10kG时时θ=74.6~72.5°(R=0.046~0.548mm/min),而未掺Te共晶的θ=80.9~76°(R=0.041~0.60mm/min)。5.掺Te共晶的磁阻温度系数较小,αρ_(B10-(?)°c=0.21~0.41%/℃,而未掺Te共晶αρ_(B10-50°)=0.84~1.73%/℃。
