It indicate the importance and necessity of mental health education in the occupational school.

目的探讨医科职业高中生与医科本科生的心理健康状况的差异。方法采用UCLA、自尊量表、抑郁量表、感情与社会孤独量表及自编情况调查表对350名在校职业高中医士班、医学院本科学生进行评定。结果职业高中学生的孤独及抑郁量表得分高于医学院学生,自尊量表得分低于医学院学生。职高组轻度和中度抑郁占42.62%,大学组轻度和中度抑郁占20%。结论职业高中学生心理健康水平低于医学本科生

All subscales of scl-90 in the Occupational School students had higher scores than the Chinese norrn except somatilization, interpersonal sensitivity and depression. Female students had more mental health problems than male students. Students from travelling service had more mental health problems than that of other three occupations. Smokers had obviously higher hostility scores than non-smokers. Conclusion Mental health states of students was not optimistical in Shanghai Minghang Occupational School, the attention must be paid to intervene the situation comprehensively.

为了解职校学生心理建康状况,采用整群调查方法,对479名职校学生进行症状自评量表评估,并与国内常模进行比较。结果,41.5%学生存在心理健康问题,8.9%学生有明显心理障碍,突出表现为强迫、人际敏感、偏执、敌对、抑郁。除躯体化、人际敏感和抑郁三项因子外,其余因子得分均高于国内常模。不同专业、不同性别学生心理健康状况存在明显差异,吸烟学生较不吸烟者心理状况差。提示职校学生存在不同程度心理健康问题,学校心理卫生和教育工作者必须予以重视,尽早进行综合干预。

In order to study practicability and effectiveness of health education for AIDS prevention in occupational school students, symposium, discussion in classes and self-learning propaganda materials were used. The results showed that the students' knowledge for AIDS prevention improved remarkably after the education. In order to study practicability and effectiveness of health education for AIDS prevention in occupational school students, symposium, discussion in classes and self-learning propaganda materials were used. The results showed that the students' knowledge for AIDS prevention improved remarkably after the education. Correct response rate for the knowledge questions increased from 51.8%-86.7% to 92.8%-97.0%. There was a significant difference before and after health education. Symposium, discussion in classes and self-learning after class were the favorite ways for the students to acquire AIDS prevention knowledge.

研究在职业学校学生中开展预防艾滋病 (AIDS)健康教育的可行性及有效性。采用专题讲座 ,分班学习 ,发放宣传资料自学等方法 ,教育后学生预防艾滋病知识水平明显提高。知识题的正确回答率由教育前的 5 1.8%~ 86 .7%上升到 92 .8%~ 97.0 % ,差异有显著意义。学校专题讲座、课堂参与式教学、课下自学是学生最希望获得艾滋病知识的方式。
