本文介绍了用 TRPO 萃取、固体荧光法测定动植物样品中铀含量的方法。用 HNO_3和 H_2O_2处理样品灰,再转化为 HNO_3体系.用 TRPO 萃取分离铀,有机相直接与 NaF 烧制熔珠。在光电荧光计上测定。该方法灵敏度为0.05μg/g(灰),全程回收率为90%,样品中的常量离子不影响分析结果。
