The processing capacity of the former single sour wastewater stripping tower in Dushanzi General Works of Petroleum Refining and Petrochemicals is about 35m 3/h.To increase the processing capacity to 68 m 3/h,the new mass transfer tray with high efficiency developed by Hebei Industrial University was adopted to replace the formerly used floating valve tray.The processing capacity is 1.5~2 times that before revamping and various effluent indexes meet requirements of the process.The separation accuracy of the stripper has no evident increase and improvements in operation and process are still needed.Configurations and operating features of the new tray were also introduced.

独山子炼油化工总厂含硫污水单塔汽提装置原处理量为 35m3/h左右 ,为提高到 68m3/h ,采用了河北工业大学开发的一种新型高效立体传质塔板代替原来使用的浮阀塔板。改造后装置处理量达到改造前的 1.5~ 2倍 ,各项排放指标都能满足工艺要求。但改造后汽提塔的分离精度无明显提高 ,装置在操作、工艺流程上还需改进。介绍了这种新型高效立体传质塔板的结构及操作特点。

Running result has been analyzed. Measures adopted for the revamping are as follows: (1) Vertical mass transfer trays with high efficiency have been used in the prefractionator and atmospheric tower, and rectangular valve trays have been used in the vacuum tower; (2) Heat exchanger flow scheme has been optimized; (3) 4-pass feedstock for the atmospheric furnace and 8-pass feedstock for the vacuum furnace; (4) Three-grades vacuum-pumping system with supercharger has been adopted. After revamping, various targets of the unit have reached the requirements of design with low energy consumption.

介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司大连分公司Ⅱ套润滑油型常减压蒸馏装置加工能力由 2 .8Mt/a扩大到 4.1Mt/a的改造情况及改造后的运行结果 ,并对运行结果进行了分析。改造中采取的措施有 :在初馏塔和常压塔中采用了高效立体传质塔板 ,在减压塔中采用了矩形浮阀塔板 ;对换热流程进行了优化 ;常压炉采用 4路进料 ,减压炉采用 8路进料 ;抽真空系统采用带增压器的三级抽真空系统等。改造后装置各项指标达到设计要求 ,能耗低
