通过实际查勘、依据多年积累的原型观测资料 ,分析了清 8出汊工程对黄河河口、河床演变的作用 ;解答了入海口门调整的淤海造陆效果、对河口段河道、防洪、流路演变的贡献等问题 ;论述了黄河河口演变的机制 ,揭示了黄河河口第三次小循环的形成、发展及黄河河口流路在下半个世纪的归宿 ;得出了人工干预下的河口河道形成机制 ;提出了科学地确定黄河口门出汊调整的时机、地点与周期 ,极大地延长黄河自然演变单循环过程中最有利于行河周期的可能性及人工干预下复循环演变规律的存在性。使人工干预河口演变、延长河口流路使用年限成为可能。
