 This paper presentS a new polynomial function-piecewise quadratic polynomial function, and demonstrates two relative theorems With the treatment of linear time-invariant Systems, the integration operational matrices are developed. By applying these operationla matrices, the dynamic equations are transformed into aset of algebraic equations. A recursive algorithm is derived and this approach is verified to be right by two examples. 本文介绍一种新的多项式函数分段二次多项式函数,同时,阐述了两个相关的定理。针对线性时不变系统,推导了积分运算矩阵,并且应用这些运算矩阵把动态方程转变成一组线性代数方程。文中导出了时不变状态方程的一组递归算式,最后通过两个例子验证了这种方法的正确性。 Piecewise quadratic polynomial functions are employed to perform the analysis of linear time-varying systems.With the treatment of the product of two time functions,operational matrices of integration are developed.Applying these operational matrices,the dynamic equation is simplified to a set of algebraic equations which is more accurate for digital computation.Illustrative examples are included for demonstration. 本文应用分段二次多项式函数推导了两个时间函数乘积积分的运算矩阵，并根据这些矩阵，把一组线性时变系统的状态方程简化为一套便于计算机运算的数值方程。该方法与其他正交函数计算方法相比有更高的精确度，文中两个例子验证了该理论及方法的正确性。
