In this work we researched a new nutrient capsule composed of ninenutrients in order to improve the countryside middle school studentsnutritional condition fortheir unreasonable food pattern. By inspecting their height.body weight and analyzing theirhemoglobin, ferrous iron, VA, VC,VB1, VB2 in serum, we found that the dietary supplementsshow a marked function in improving these students’health.

本工作针对我国农村中学生膳食结构不合理、营养状况差的现状,研制了由九种营养素组成的营养胶囊,同时进行了身高、体重的检验,血红蛋白、血清铁水下、血清维生素A、维生素C、维生素B1、B2等水平的分析,表明添加营养强化剂后对学生的发育有明显的促进作用。

[Conclusion] NCHS standard can be used well in evaluating Chi- nese young students' nutritional problems, but there are many problems existed during the evaluation process. In order to make correct and precious evaluation in schoolchilldren,a new series of screening standards are urged to set up as soon as pos- sible.

[目的]探讨 NCHS身高别体重标准评价学童营养状况可行性。 [方法]利用 1995年全国学生体质调研资料,分析7—8岁学童身高别体重分布上的群体间差异。[结果]我国学童总体营养状况和发达国家间有相当大差距;各群体间在身高别体重分布上存在着城乡、地区和不同社会经济状况等方面的差异。[结论] NCHS身高别体重标准能准确评价我国学龄初儿童营养状况,但实际应用中存在不少困难。建立适用于我国学龄儿童少年的营养问题筛查标准体系势在必行。

Objective To investigate the dietary conditions of the students in a full-residence middle school,and to evaluate the students' nutritional status.Methods A three-day dietary investigation of78students in a full-residence middle school was conducted to analyze the intake of energy,protein,fat,vitamins and evaluate the students ' nutritional status concerning their physical developments.Results The intake of energy,protein and fat of the students could reach72%,94%and89%of Chinese Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs),respectively.While the intakes of VitA,VitB 1 ,VitB 2 ,calcium were obviously insufficient.Most of the students had middle-level physical developments.The body weight and height of the boys were improved than those of the same -age boys ten years ago(P<0.001).No difference was found in girls.Conclusion The dietary structure of the students should be improved,taking more calcium and vitamins and reforming cook methods.

目的调查全寄宿学校学生的膳食情况,进行营养状况评价。方法对某全寄宿学校78名初一学生进行三天膳食调查,对能量、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、矿物质的摄入量进行分析,并结合体格发育进行营养状况评价。结果该校初一学生平均能量、蛋白、脂肪的摄入量各占中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量(DRIs)的72%、94%、89%。VitA、VitB1、VitB2、钙明显不足。大多数学生体格发育中等。男生身高、体重较1992年同年龄组全国营养调查结果有明显提高(P<0.001),女生无明显变化。结论学生的膳食结构需进一步改善,提高钙和维生素的摄入量,改善烹调方法。
