The wet oxidation for the purification of the phenol-water and the wastewater from coal gasification has been investigated in a 2L autoclave at temperature from 180 to 250°C, oxygen pressure of 9.8-34.3×105 Pa, and initial concentrations of phenol at 3540mg/L, 7866mg/L and COD at 9278mg/L, 22928mg/L, respectively. 60-90% of the phenol and 35-55% of the COD were removed in 90 minutes at temperature from190°C to 250°C and oxygen pressure of 9.8×l05Pa.

The cell membrane, ribosome and soluble fractions were prepared from Sh. flexneri 2a by differential centrifugation. LPS was extracted by phenol-water. The protective effects of various fractions were determined by immunizing guinea pigs subcutaneously with three doses of 300μg of each fraction and challenging the eyes with 2×10~7 viable virulent bacterial cells, one week later. The highest protective effect at 48 and 72 hours after challenge was found in animals immunized with the cell membrane....

The titers of antigen-specific IgA and IgG antibodies in the tear one day before challenge were also the highest in the cell membrane group than in other groups. The possible role of membrane protein in the protection of immunized animals againstshigella keratoconjunctivitis was discussed.

钩端螺旋体波摩那群波摩那型56608株和赛玛伦群帕托克型帕托克Ⅰ株的酚水提取物具有较大肠杆菌内毒素为弱的生物学活性。该提取物使鱟血液变形细胞溶解物凝胶化,注入家兔后能使动物出现发热、血糖升高和Shwartzman现象,但较大剂量时方能致死小鼠。小鼠内脏病理检查结果表明,各脏器均出现DIC,尤以肺组织更为明显。
