It is pointed out that these two codes have the same random error correcting abilities and almost the same burst error correcting abilities. However, the rate of Reed-Muller code is higher than that of Maximun Length code, so Reed-Muller code is better than Maximum Length code.

本文利用极长码实际上是m序列,且是汉明码的对偶码,从而推导出该码的纠突发错误能力的一个限。又利用推广的一阶Reed-Muller码是极长码及重复码的组合,求出推广的一阶Reed-Muller码的纠突发错误能力。并指出,Reed-Muller码的纠突发错误能力与极长码很接近,都具有相同的纠随机错误能力,且都是大数逻辑可译码。但Reed-Muller码比极长码的编码率高,故Reed-Muller码是优于极长码的。

本文提出了一种多层神经网络自动生成的新算法。对给定的问题,它能够在学习中动态生成一个多层网络,并确定网络的连接方式。通过采用模拟退火的方法,加快了学习的速度。该算法能随时按要求生成神经网络编、译码器,便于处理等长码和变长码问题,还能进行误码纠正,适合于保密通信的需要。

This paper presents a variable length code (VLC) which can be expressed with analytic formula,and three methods of encoding/decoding for the VLC.Then it raises a decomposition method of the VLC.The decomposed multi-VLCs keep coding efficiency of the no-decomposition VLC original,but the complexity of encoding/decoding of the decomposed multi-VLCs is reduced.
