The chronic hazard of drivers due to the lead fume formed by the combustion of tetraethyllead containing gasoline has not yet been reported. For exploring this problem, we had determined the occupational hazards of driverroom in 8 differnt type petrol vehicle, as well as had examined the health status of 6778 drivers. It revealed that the air concentration of lead fume amounted to 0.0021~0.0276mg/m~3 in the driver-room of ieep and bus. Drivers' CP positive rate was found to be higher than that of...

For exploring this problem, we had determined the occupational hazards of driverroom in 8 differnt type petrol vehicle, as well as had examined the health status of 6778 drivers. It revealed that the air concentration of lead fume amounted to 0.0021~0.0276mg/m~3 in the driver-room of ieep and bus. Drivers' CP positive rate was found to be higher than that of the control (P<0.005) 3 cases were diagnosed as suspicious lead poisoning showing high content of urinary lead (0.3mg/L)by drive lead test but without clinical symptoms.

为探索汽油中四乙铅燃烧后生成的铅烟对笃驶员的慢性危害,作者测定了8辆不同类型汽车驾驶室的生产性有害因素,和6778名司机的健康检查。结果表明,客车和吉普车驾驶室测出铅烟0.0021~0.0276mg/m~3;司机尿粪卟啉阳性平明显高于对照组(P<0.005);经驱铅试验,有3例尿铅超过正常位(>0.3mg/L),诊断为铅吸收。并提出了相应的防治措施。

目的:探索苯酐(PA)的慢性职业危害和对人体内微量元素的影响。方法:劳动卫生学调查和对82名接触工人及对照组行医学检查。结果:长期接触较高浓度PA,鼻炎、皮炎发病率增高、哮喘加重,血清锌及特异性免疫球蛋白G水平增高;后者呈明显剂量-效应关系。结论:PA是一种致敏原,建议将特异性免疫球蛋白和血清锌作为PA慢性接触的一种生物监测指标。
