In this paper the effects of diffusion in a stochastic magnetic field are discussed. The time-dependent equations for diffusion flux and ambipolar electric field are derived. The results show that the relaxation time is much less than the life-time of particles, so that the quasi-stationary state can be reached. The ambipolar electric field is important and the ambipolar diffusion flux is of the same order of the ion diffusion level.

The effect of diffusion barriers between Nb Ti and Cu in double hot-extrusion process on the diffusion of interface NbTi-Cu and the performance of MF composites has been investigated.It is found that Nb,Ni,CuNi10,CuNi30,as diffusion barriers,can effectively reduce the formation of Nb-Ti-Cu compounds.But there exist simultaneously diffusion products of high hardness like Nb-Ti-Ni in the samples that contain Ni.By adding Nb barrier,the diffusion between Cu and Ti can be deferned without producing diffusion compounds of high hardness,thus the plasticity of the composites turns out extremely good.The experimental results reveal that,using the Nb Ti-Nb-Cu composite and raising the extruded temperature to 600℃,we can still obtain a superconducting composite of excellent plasticity and high transport current capacity.

研究了两次组合工艺中NbTi与Cu间的扩散隔层对NbTi—Cu界面扩散和复合线性能的影响.发现,NbTi芯棒外加入Nb、Ni、CuNi10、CuNi30等扩散隔层后能有效地减少Nb-Ti-Cu化合物的生成.但在有Ni元素的试样中同时存在Nb-Ti-Ni等高硬度扩散生成物;加入Nb扩散隔层后能减缓了它们间的扩散,又不生成高硬度化合物,因而复合线的塑性极好.实验结果表明,采用NbTi-Nb-Cu复合锭坯在挤压加热温度升高到600℃的情况下,仍可得到塑性良好、载流能力高的多芯超导复合线.
