However, it hardly ensures the so-called reliability of the system. In this paper, the completely ergodic Markov chain with rewards is considered. A definition of reliability in probability form is given, based on the frequency form as used in engineering. The problem is thus reduced to a Markov decision programming subject to a stochastic constraint. An algorithm based upon the penalty factor method is also developed. Several properties of interest are deduced. Finally, the method is generalized to the periodic case for the original management problem.

在水电站水库优化调度中,常用马氏决策规划寻求使平均年期望发电量达到最大的最优策略。但是这种策略往往不能满足所谓保证率的要求。本文对带有报酬的完全各态历经的马氏链,根据工程上使用的频率形式保证率的定义,给出它的概率形式的定义。从而把问题归结为一种随机性约束下的马氏决策规划。对于用罚因子法求解这一问题进行了研究,证明该方法的一些在实用上有价值的性质。最后推广到水库优化调度所需要的周期性的情况。

In this paper, a special formula is proposed for calculating the gradient projection vector when solving the annual optimal scheduling problem of mixed-connected hydropower station reservoirs in power system by the Rosen's gradient projection method. Compared with the general formula, the one here proposed requires less computer inventory and time.

本文导出了一个用梯度投影法求解电力系统中混联水电站水库群年度优化调度问题时的计算梯度投影向量的专用公式。和通常的计算梯度投影向量的公式相比较,所导出的公式具有占用计算机内存少、机时短的优点。

The history and status quo of the problems in hydropower station reservoirs optimization dispatching are reviewed. The explicit wording of the model of reservoir generation optimization dispatching by using Markov decision programming and several properties of the penalty factor method are solved.

本文简要地回顾了水库(群)优化调度问题的历史与现状,介绍了应用马氏决策规划解决有保证率约束的水库发电优化调度模型的确切提法,以及求解的罚因子法的若干性质。并对多水库群的优化调度问题作了简介。
