And then analysing thejump process with mechanical energy conservative law the calculating formula ofthe package impact recover coefficient is derived. the study of this paper indicatesthat the package drop test is an impact problem other than a vibration one. Thecommodity would be in balance situation through some shock-jumps if small-damppackage drops to the ground, but the test would be ended by shock once if large-damp package drops. The study of this paper also shows that the damping hasbump effect ifξ≤0.5, bowever, the damping would cause shock more strongly ifξ>0.5.
