In this paper,a kind of new force balance measuring devicesis discussed.The mathematical models of the instrument are presented andits main characteristics are studied.State detected with three-state transduc-er,compensation quantity controlled with search and analysis method,digitalservo system using microprocessor are formed It is indicated by the resultsof principle experiment and analysis of this paper that the measuring devicecan be used as electronic balance,which can reach the sensitivity of 1/65536of full scale and measuring accuracy near to the sensitivity with on-off tra-nsducer and 12-bit D/A convertor.It differs from traditional electronical balance,dose not need great bit-len-gth and complicated circuits,not only gets characteristics of traditional elec-tronic balance,but also carries on developing of fuction easily.

本文介绍一种新型力平衡式测量装置,建立它的数学模型,并研究了其主要特点。该装置以三态传感器检测机械可动部分的状态,以搜索判断方法进行反馈控制,用微机构成数字随动系统。原理实验结果和文章的分析表明,该装置仅用开关式传感器和12位D/A 转换器,就能获得2~(-16)满度值的分辨率和与之相当的精度;如果作为电子天平使用,既可避免传统的高分辨率A/D 转换和复杂的电路,又能方便地进行功能扩展。
