In this paper, a mathematical model of usual unloading circuits with logical relief valves is formulated by means of theoretical analyses. The influence of main parameters of relief valves and the system on unloading pressure surge is also discussed on the basis of digital simulations and experiments, the effect caused by the vissosity and by the coefficients as to the characteristics of the orifice and the flow of the pilot valves upon the transient process taken into account and treated as variables....

Meanwhile, some other unloading circuits and damping measures are experimentally investigated, leading to methods of reducing the unloading pressure surge.

本文通过理论分析建立了几种常用逻辑溢流阀卸荷回路的数学模型,并进行数值计算和试验研究,分析了溢流阀及其系统的基本参数对卸荷压力冲击的影响,计算中液压油粘度、阻尼孔特征系数和调压阀阀口流量系数均按变数计入其对瞬态过程的影响。同时,文章还对一些其它卸荷回路及其缓冲措施进行试验研究,提出解决系统卸荷压力冲击的具体方法。

This paper describes the unload circuits which are used in power transistor (SOA). RCD unload circuit and a novel unload circuit without energy losses are presented, their effects are discussed. By means of simplified mode the design equations are derived for the components. Also the experimental results are given.

本文讨论了大功率晶体管在开关过程中的卸载问题,给出了RCD卸载电路及一种新颖的无损耗卸载电路,分析了卸载电路的工作过程。应用简化的数学模型,推导各元件的参数计算公式,并给出了实验结果。
