应用PPP 自动平衡血小板聚集仪,动态观察了家兔失血性休克时及应用巯甲丙脯酸后血小板聚集率的变化。结果表明:家兔失血性休克90分钟时,血小板的聚集性显著升高(AGG〔1〕50.75±5.56%,AGG〔5〕41.96%;P<0.01);应用巯甲丙脯酸(1 mg/kg)后,血小板的聚集性显著降低(P<0.01),30分钟时其抑制率AGG〔1〕58.4%、AGG〔5〕68.23%,60分钟时其抑制率AGG〔1〕76.49%、AGG〔5〕97.56%。相关性分析表明:血小板的聚集性与MABP、CVP、肾血流量和肠系膜微循环呈高度相关性。认为巯甲丙脯酸抗血小板聚集性作用可能是抗休克机制之一。

Rabbits' hemorrhagic shock was effected by femoral artery bloodlt ring. After 90 minutes, rabbits were treated with captopril(1ml/kg)liquid and blood transfusion. It showed that micrangiums changed from contraction to dilation, and microvascular flow and microcirculatory perfusion increased. The difference betwuen the controlgroup the treated groups was very significant(p<0.01). The results showed that that captopril effectively improves microcirculation in hemorrhagic shock....

家兔自股动脉放血造成失血性休克,90分钟后应用巯甲丙脯酸1mg/kg及配合补液输血治疗。微循环观察显示:微血管从收缩转为舒张状态,微血管口径扩大,血流速度增快,微循环的灌流量增加。同单纯输血输液对照组相比,具有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结果表明巯甲丙脯酸对失血性休克时微循环有良好的改善作用。

This paper reported the effect of captopril (SQ14225) on rabbits hemorrhagic shock. After late hemorrhagic shock model (MABP 40mmHg, maintained for 90min) was replicated, 26 rabbits were divided randomly into a captopril-treated group (n=13) and a control group (n=13). In the treated group, captopril(1mg/kg) was infused with normal saline (15ml/kg), low molecular dextran (15ml/kg)and shed blood, an hour later, the MABP, CVP and renal blood flow rose markedly, the platelet aggregation...

Three hours later, the various indexes mentioned above returned almost to normal (before the shock). The survival rate in 5 hours was 91.7%. The difference between the control and the treated group was quite significant (P<0.01). The results demonstrated that captopril has good antishock effect.

家兔26只,复制晚期失血性休克模型后,随机分为巯甲丙脯酸治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予巯甲丙脯酸1mg/kg及配合输液输血。治疗后1小时,平均动脉血压(MABP)、中心静脉压(CVP)、平均肾血流量(MRBF)均见明显回升,血小板聚集率显著降低,肠系膜微循环有显著性改善,治疗后3小时上述各项指标均接近正常水平。5小时存活率为91.7%。与对照组相比较差别有高度显著性(P<0.01)。本研究结果表明:巯甲丙脯酸用于晚期失血性休克,可使微血管扩张,微循环灌注增加,回心血量增加,血压回升,具有良好的抗失血性休克作用。
