Two groups of rabbits were narcotized with 1% procain and blood was drawn out from femonal artery and the artery blood pressure was kept at 40-50 mmHg for 90 minutes. (1) The treated group: The rabbits were kept in low blood pressure for 90 minutes and then, they were transfused into the femoral vein 5% glucose and normal saline 15ml/kg in which was added salviae miltiorrhizae composita 2ml/kg. At the same time, the drawn blood was transfused into vein. The time was kept for 30 minutes. ABP, CVP, HR, and CO were measured before shock, during shock, after transfusion O rain, 30 min, 60 min, and 120 min, and SV, CI, LVSW and TPR were taken respectively. (2) Con- trol group, Contained no salviae miltiorrhizae composita in the transfusion.The results demonstrated that the salviae milttorrhizo composita can increase ABP, SV, LVSW, and decrease TPR of animals during shock, but the effective time was short. The mechanism may be a redistribution of blood flow in body, dilate coronary artery, increase speed of blood flow in capillary of myocardium, enhance infusion in local myocardial and improve blood supply, so it can improve pump function of rabbit heart during hemorrhagic shock.

本文观察了复方丹参注射液对失血性休克家兔心泵功能的影响。家兔于局麻下由股动脉放血,使血压维持于40-50mmHg之间九十分钟,随之将动物分成两组。给药组于休克九十分钟后静脉输入5%葡萄糖生理盐水15ml/kg,其内加入复方丹参注射液2ml/kg,同时将放出血液输回,于三十分钟输完。观察休克前,休克时,输液后即刻,三十分钟、六十分钟、一百廿分钟的动脉血压(ABP)、中心静脉压(CVP)、心率(HR)、心输出量(CO)、心电图(ECG)、每博容量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)、左室每博功(LVSW)、总外周阻力(TPR)的变化。对照组除输入液体中复方丹参注射液用等量葡萄糖盐水代替外,其余同给药组。结果显示复方丹参注射液可明显提高休克动物的ABP、CO、SV、CI、LVSW、明显降低TPR。但作用时间持续在一小时内。其对休克的治疗作用可能是由于调节了体内血流的再分配,舒张冠脉,增加单位时间内心肌血液灌流量,改善心肌供血,对心脏功能的改善起到了良好作用。

The effects of small amount of hypertonic saline on cardiovascular function of rabbits during hemorrhagic shock were studied in hypobaric chamber at a simulated altitude of 4000m. The animals wrer exsanguinated from femoral artery to reduce mean arterial pressure ure to 6.0kPa within 12 min, and kept at this level for the following 60 min. After that the bleeding catheter was clamped for 10 min and then the rabbits were given intravenous infusion of 7. 5%NaCl(2400mOsm/L) amounted...

The effects of small amount of hypertonic saline on cardiovascular function of rabbits during hemorrhagic shock were studied in hypobaric chamber at a simulated altitude of 4000m. The animals wrer exsanguinated from femoral artery to reduce mean arterial pressure ure to 6.0kPa within 12 min, and kept at this level for the following 60 min. After that the bleeding catheter was clamped for 10 min and then the rabbits were given intravenous infusion of 7. 5%NaCl(2400mOsm/L) amounted to 10% volume of shed blood for test group and 0. 9% NaCl(300mOsm/L)for control one,respectively. Hemodynamic analysis showed that hypertonic saline significantly increased mean arterial pressure,left ventricular pressure and LV+dp/dt max. The same volume of isomotic saline had no obvious beneficial effect on cardiovascular function of shock rabbit. The results suggestec that at high altitude,the small amount of hypertonic saline was effective in improving the cardiovascular function of hemorrhangic shock as well as it did in normoxic condition.

高渗盐水用于治疗高原失血性休克,迄今未见报道。本文研究了少量高渗盐水对高原失血性休克家兔心血管功能的影响。在模拟4000m高原环境中,径股动脉放血,使平均动脉压降至6.0±0.27kPa,并维持60min。然后夹闭放血管,10min后经静脉分别输入相当于总失血量10%的高渗盐水(7.5%NaCl,高盐组,n=5)或等渗盐水(0.9%NaCl,等盐组,n=6),与治疗前或与等盐组相应值比较,高盐组家兔治疗后,平均动脉压左心室收缩压和左心室+dp/dt max均显著增高,提示高渗盐水能够明显改善高原失血性休克机体的心血管功能,有利于休克的复苏。

A rabbit hemorrhagic shock model was made and blood samplesbefore and after shock were taken from the carotid artery.The changes of plasmaSOD activity and MDA content were determined.The results showed thatthe plasma activity of SOD in rabbits during hemorrhagic shock was reducedsignicantly(P<0.01),whereas the MDA content elevated(P<0.1).It is suggestedthat the increase of OFR production plays an im(?)ortant role in the developmentof hemorrhagic shock....

复制兔失血休克模型,采集休克前后颈动脉血液样本,测定血桨SOD 活性和MDA 含量变化。结果显示休克后血桨SOD 活性明显下降(P<0.01),MDA 含量增高(P<0.1),提示OFR 生成增多在失血性休克的发生发展过程中起着重要作用。
